MARIST Football Club has named its final travelling squad for the O-League.

This came after the Head Coach, Juliano Schmeling released the named of his 23-man squad yesterday morning.

The selected squad consists; (GK) Philip Mango, Santus Kabini and Michael Kouma.

Defenders; Martin Saleimanu, Natanela Bero, Michael Steven Boso, Robert Laua, Koriak Upaiga, John Rofeta, Andre Ribeiro Morosini and Jamees Egeta.

Mid-fielders; Timothy Bakale, Reuben Douglas, Atkin Kaua, Djair Veiga Francisco Junior, Jeffrey Bule and Thomas Taloga.

Forwards; Mathias Ian, Joackim Kairi, Joel Paka, Abraham Iniga, Tuti Zama and Guilherme Soares.

The squad is expected to leave the country for New Zealand on Tuesday next week.

However, as part of the club’s preparation they played a friendly match against the Honiara select yesterday afternoon.

Their last friendly test is expected for this coming Saturday against the Honiara Select side.

However, Marist FC will be joining Western united to represent the country in the O-League in New Zealnd.

Marist is in pool D along with AS Tafena (TAH), Rewa (FIJ) and Erakor Golden Star from Vanuatu.
