Forever Tan Limited donates water to churches

NEWLY established pure water production company, Forever Tan Limited, has donated cartons of water to various churches for Christmas.
St Alban Parish, All Saint Parish, South Sea Evangelical Church, United Church, Holy Cross Cathedral, St Barnabas Cathedral, Seven Day Adventist Church (Kukum), Vura Parish and Christ the King Parish received 50 to 100 cartons respectively.
St Alban Parish, All Saint Parish, South Sea Evangelical Church, United Church, Holy Cross Cathedral, St Barnabas Cathedral, Vura Parish and Christ the King Parish received their shares on 24th ahead of their Christmas Celebration on 25th while Seven Days Adventist Churches received their share on Sunday 25th.
Solomon Islands Broadcasting Cooperation (SIBC) and National Referral Hospital also received 50 cartons and 15 cartons respectively from Forever Tan Limited.
Sales and Marketing Manager of Forever Tan Limited Mr Tomasi Nukuafi said the donations were part of Forever Tan Limited’s charity programme to assist churches during the Christmas festive season.
He explained that Yami Water is the latest mineral water produced by Forever Tan Limited and is expected to be launched later this week.
Mr Nukuafi said Churches are important institutions in Solomon Islands as such Forever Tan Limited is proud to assist them with the donations.
He adds that representatives of 10 churches who were part of Forever Tan Limited Charity Programme during the Christmas Celebration will also be given 50 cartons of water and cash of SBD10,000 each during the launching of the water product this week.

Mr Nukuafi stressed that the aim of the special programme is to forge relationships with churches as part of recognising the churches’ role in nation-building.
“Churches plays an important role in the development of our country both spiritually, economically and physically but churches are always left out in terms of assistance from major Business houses.
“We, Forever Tan Limited wishes to establish a close partnership with our churches as recognition our churches efforts toward nation building,” he said.
Speaking during the handing over of cartons of waters at St Alban Church, Rector of the Parish Father Walter Devi salutes and acknowledges Forever Tan Limited for the kind gesture towards the church.
He told those present that the donation comes at a right time as churches prepare for the Christmas celebrations.
Fr Devi said the donation will assist the church to give fresh drinking water for the congregation who turned up for Christmas devotion at St Alban Church.
