Young Queen’s leader recipient working on a ‘back to school’ project
AFTER receiving her recent Young Queen Leaders award, Karrie Jionisi has said she now wants to work on a project to help school dropouts.
She told the SIBC that she had started a project called ‘Back to School’ to involve everyone who had dropped out of school to become involved in the project.
She said the idea was to try and help young girls and single mothers to “put them back into their tertiary studies.”
A difficulty Karrie is facing is a shortage of funds to get the project off the ground and she has appealed for local and donor support.
Please try and help this enterprising young award winner to be able to help others.
Yours sincerely
Frank Short
