ISABEL Youth constituency tournament has kicked off on last Sunday after a colourful parade at the Solomon Islands Ports Authority Soccer Field. Guest of Honour, Leader of Opposition Parliamentary group Hon Jeremiah Manele took time off his busy schedule to be part of the official opening of the Isable Provincial Youth Forum Constituency games. Youths around Isabel province in Honiara turned up in numbers to witness the grand opening ceremony as well as took part in the games.
