Hebala leaves to officiate again

Hugo Hebala Pado will travel today for the Bahamas for his fourth FIFA Beach World Cup which starts next week…Photo suppled.

SOLOMON Islands Beach Soccer International Referee, Hugo Hebala Pado will leave Honiara today to officiate in the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup in Bahamas.

The Beach Soccer World Cup will kick off on April 27 to the May 7 this year.

Mr Pado will travel to Port Moresby, Singapore, London and then Nasau in the Bahamas on the April 21.

Pado will also take part in the pre-world cup referee preparation workshop which starts on April 23 – 26.

This is the 4th FIFA Beach Soccer WC Pado will officiate and in the last version of the FIFA Beach Soccer WC in Portugal 2015 he officiated the grand final match between Tahiti and Portugal as a 3rd Referee.

Following a brief interview with Solomon Islands Football Referees this afternoon Pado confirmed his main objective for this WC is to improve his ranking as one of the best Beach Soccer Referee in the world.

Solomon Islands Football Referees Referee Development Officer Mr Justin Mutukera in a brief ceremony to hand over travel documents to Pado yesterday afternoon wished him Bon Voyage and best wishes for the 2017 FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup Bahamas.
