DEAR EDITOR, this is my genuine call for a general meeting to be held on this month of September 2016 as stated in AS constitution.

Let me first thank the current President with his executive for shouldering AS duties for the last four years which their term now ended this month of September 2016.

The recurrent South Pacific Games in PNG 2015 has crowned Athletics Solomon with Highest Gold medal winner for our beloved Nation, Solomon Islands.

One month later, Athletics Solomon a sport Federation in Solomon Islands turn on the wrong page from its mandate roles.

The nature surrounding the close of AS office door from normal business operation for the last two years speaks a lot about the unprofessional standard and style the current executive adopted.

One with his or her right mind can tell that the current AS executive has no potential or capacity to carry on with Athletics Solomon business affairs for the next four years to come and the huge preparation task for Athletic s to shine in 2023 SPG.

Therefore, may I call on the current President with his executive to schedule this month general meeting on time, since the time is still on our side or else Athletics Solomon will be slowly paving its own way down to the bottom of the table as it shows in July 2016 Melanesian Games in Suva, the poor performance of Athletes and Official.

Finally, long live Athletics Solomon.
