PRE-TRIAL conference in relation to the case against three men involved in an incident which occurred at Sun Valley area in Honiara will be made on Friday.

The court was told yesterday that all PTC documents were already submitted to the court and are awaiting PTC to be conducted orally.

Daniel Kwalai of the Public Solicitor’s Office also informed the court that he will be representing Chris Suimae after his lawyer has left their office and joins the Magistracy.

He seeks further adjournment on the case to allow him to look through the file and a PTC could be conducted on the next date.

Principal Magistrate Fatimah Taeburi then adjourned the case to Friday for PTC.

The three accused are Fred Sikini, Justin Anthony and Chris Suimae.

They were each charged with counts of willful damage in relation to an incident which occurred in April last year at the Sun Valley area in Honiara.
