DEAR EDITOR, it is a good initiative to give MPs salary increase because that would be beneficial for public servants’ salaries in terms of the correlation concept and principle.

For example, when a father or parent get extra financial benefits, the financial benefits ripple down to their children.

Hopefully the next group to receive an increase in salary will be the Public Servants which is good and sensible.

The public servants deserve pay increase for their hard work and commitment towards delivering public goods and services to the people of this nation.
