VORUVORU community at Northwest Choiseul are humbly calling on the government through its relevant ministries, environmental groups, NGOs, churches, companies, families and individuals who can assist them with water tanks.

According to Nerio Ulemiki the media coordinator for Christ the King parish at Voruvoru Northwest Choiseul, this is a serious problem that needs quick attention.

“Apart from natural disasters, we are heading towards manmade disasters such as from logging operations taking place above our water sources,” said Mr Ulemiki.
