Man pleads guilty to all charges
A man facing six charges of criminal offences has pleaded guilty to all the charges yesterday in the Honiara Magistrate Court.
Leonard Somae Odatata was charged in relation to incidents which occurred from 2014 and 2016.
When arraigned by Principal Magistrate Ricky Iomea, he admitted that the allegations against him were true.
After the accused entered guilty pleas, Ambrose Motui of the Police Prosecution Service applied for an adjournment to allow him prepare the agreed facts of the case.
The case then adjourned to March 30 for mitigation and sentencing submission.
The accused was charged with one count of act intending to cause grievous harm, malicious damage, two counts of simple larceny, one count indecent assault and insulting the modesty of a girl.
