Huge smile on Beata Primary school students

Students of Beata are seen here wearing their uniforms and also using the table and chairs donated by Dr Tovosia

STUDENTS of Beata Primary School have received brand new school uniform, sport uniform and tables and chairs with huge pride, thanks to Pr Silent Tovosia for stepping up to assist the school.

In an interview with this paper yesterday, Chairman of the school Mr Leonard Ale said the donation has brought joy and happiness not only to students but also teachers and parents.

He adds that the donation comes at a right time as the school lacks such necessities to assist students.

Mr Ale said hundreds of students will now have proper chairs to sit on, tables to write on and also uniforms to brighten up the school.

“On behalf of Beata Primary School staffs, students and parents, we would like to thank Dr Tovosia for the great assistance.

“We are moved and confident that this school will be striving to provide education access to other students that have less access to school is our community,” he said.

According to Mr Ale, Beata Primary school was first established in 2014 following a research which recognised the need for a school to be established in the area.

He acknowledged Solomon Islands Seventh Day Education department for the appointment of teachers to teach at the school.

On the same note, Mr Ale urges Solomon Islands Seventh Day Education authorities to employ another teacher for the school before mid this year.
