Casino case adjourned
CASE of an Asian charged with unlawful commercial gaming and unlawful possession of instruments for gaming has adjourned for April 24.
Public Prosecutor who appeared on instructions told the court yesterday that the prosecutor in carriage is busy in the High Court on another matter.
The case is a part-heard trial matter before the Principal Magistrate Tearo Beneteti.
This is the case against Ting Kwong Hing who entered not guilty pleas to the charges of unlawful commercial gaming and unlawful possession of instruments for gaming.
He was charged under section 10 of the Gaming and Lotteries Act.
